Damages, Medical Records and Costs Spreadsheet This is an often-requested but very simple WordPerfect spreadsheet to keep track of medical providers, dates of records requests, when records are received, amount of medical bills, and the amount of any medical lien. Easy for staff and attorney to quickly see what records haven't come in; the amount of medical damages; and helps calculate the amount the client will receive in a settlement after payment of liens and costs of obtaining records. |
